Dear customers, we have news for you regarding food delivery via our Bombay Express app. For operational reasons, we have decided to raise the minimum order value for food deliveries from 12 EUR to 20 EUR. At the same time, we are introducing a flat delivery fee of EUR 2.50, regardless of order value and delivery distance. These changes will come into force on 19.4.2024. Nothing will change for takeaway and in-store orders, and the collection of loyalty points will remain the same. You will continue to receive 10% of the value of each order back in the form of loyalty points. You can claim these when you place your next order. You can find more information about our app here.
